Kent Science Park

Kent Science Park is a national centre of excellence and a developing cluster for R&D, life sciences, environmental technology, food security, high-tech engineering, ICT and knowledge-based service industries. The park was recently awarded Best Life Science Research Facility in South East England.

Set in 65 acres of beautifully manicured grounds, Kent Science Park is one of the largest in the South East, boasting high specification laboratories and business accommodation in 47 buildings. There is a wide choice of accommodation suitable for start-up or micro businesses and established, growing organisations. Kent Science Park specialises in developing space and is keen to invest in occupiers’ building needs.

The park has laboratories and units ranging from 180 sq. ft. in multi-let buildings, up to single-use detached accommodation from 3,000 to 40,000 sq. ft, and bespoke buildings up to 100,000 sq. ft. can be designed and built on land available for development. Serviced offices have also been a popular addition to the site.

Hexagon Tower

Hexagon Tower is a specialist science and technology facility located in Blackley, North Manchester. With easy links to road, rail and air networks, Hexagon consists of 169,537 sq. ft. (15,750 m2) of space over lower ground, ground and 10 upper floors, offering serviced offices and laboratory accommodation for scientific and technology-focused businesses.

As a former ICI research, development and production centre, much of the infrastructure for research and development is already in place but is adaptable to meet precise needs. Home to occupiers including Lubrizol, Lonza, Intertek and Northwards Housing, Hexagon Tower offers modern laboratories and office accommodation, together with a variety of on-site amenities including a newly refurbished reception, gym and restaurant.

Hexagon offers unrivalled accommodation for science and technology-based organisations and local businesses ranging from 150 sq. ft. (14 m2) up to 20,000 sq. ft. (1,858 m2). Fully furnished and serviced office solutions are also available.

Wilton Centre

The Wilton Centre, situated on Teesside in the North East of England, provides office, laboratory and pilot plant accommodation at competitive rental terms with immediate occupancy.

The spacious complex is set in a 75-acre landscaped park with its own lake and courtyards and is home to 60 companies, including a number of prestigious multinationals. A range of fully furnished laboratory space and an excellent technical development area, comprising pilot plant and scale-up accommodation, is also available.

Edinburgh Technopole

Edinburgh Technopole is a unique science and business park, specifically designed to offer the flexibility required by new, growing and established companies. Set amongst 126 acres of mature parkland and just eight miles south of the city centre, Edinburgh Technopole offers a wealth of flexible office, high specification laboratories and product development space, all with generous parking provision and excellent transport links.

A low-density development, Edinburgh Technopole is characterised by a parkland feel that creates a stimulating working environment. At the western end of the park lies Bush House, the former estate house which is now fully restored, providing flexible serviced office accommodation and conference facilities.

Langstone Park

Langstone Park is situated on the South Coast, near Portsmouth. It offers a variety of affordable office, manufacturing and laboratory space, as well as flexible business suites.
